Hello loves! Where has this year gone? I cant believe we are reaching the end of another summer and heading into fall. I’ve been a bit off the radar over this summer, as I ended one job and started another, celebrated a family member’s wedding and recovered from a recent bout of being sick (whomp!). I’m finally getting back into the groove and can’t wait to share so much of my recent travel and fashion with you all!
As we head into fall I have to talk about fall fashion! What trends are you all looking forward to? I’m always up for cozy knits and chunky sweaters. I’m also loving that velvet is still in, I didn’t love the trend when it first came on the scene but now I can’t get enough!
The company I now work at has a casual dress code, for the first time in my life! I’m so happy to not have to wear business casual into the office every day! So I’m particularly looking to load up on warm and comfy fall clothes this season.

Denim Jackets
I’m already incorporating denim jackets into my wardrobe while this weather transitions to chillier temperatures. I live in denim jackets like this one!
Chunky Sweaters
I particularly love warm, chunky sweaters in light pink and neutral colors. This sweater and this chunky sweater coat from Romwe are calling my name this fall season!
Ripped Denim
I’m still not over this trend of rugged, edgy denim! I’ll be wearing my own black, ripped denim nonstop once it gets a little colder. These affordable black jeans are really comfy and chic at the same time.
Booties
Booties are a must in fall and transitional weather. A good pair og black booties can carry you all through the cold weather to spring. I particularly love this pair from Romwe because it’s not made of leather, which is perfect for winter and snow on the east coast!
