Coming back from three day weekends is so hard! Especially when you have had such an amazing holiday weekend! As I mentioned in my last post, I spent three days in Portland, Oregon, exploring the city and the nearby Willamette Valley.
Visiting Portland has been on my bucketlist for a long time, especially because I’ve heard so many good things about Oregon’s wine, beer and food scene. Consuming those things was really how I spent the majority of my time, while also taking in the sights and exploring the heart of the city.
The weather was on the dreary side, rainy and cloudy most of the time that I was there, which called for dressing in layers. This post is from my look for my day at the vineyards in Willamette Valley, home to some of the best Pinot Noirs in the country (stay tuned for another post on that). I love blazers, an easy way to dress up any outfit and also stay warm, which was ideal for my vineyard day. Since most of the look is black and white, I wanted to add a pop of color to complete my look, and my blue booties did the trick for that!
Hope you all have a short and painless week! XOXO
Outfit details: Dress, Forever 21; Blazer, Helmut Lang (old, similar black blazer here); Tights, H&M; Booties, Atwell; Purse, Rebecca Minkoff.
